Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption across 5 key industries by 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities
- Create annual 'Future Radar' reports mapping disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for C-suite strategic planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-relevant solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, etc.)
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological disruption
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
