Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology trend forecasts across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design strategic frameworks for organizations to adapt to future market disruptions and regulatory changes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership and board members
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and analytical techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains with quantifiable impact metrics
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and scenario modeling software
- Outstanding communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful strategic initiatives
- Ability to travel internationally 2-3 times annually for research and conferences
