Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure and pipelines aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Development: Lead the research and deployment of advanced neural network models, including LLMs and computer vision systems.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference times and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
- R&D Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into the 2026 product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
