Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology foresight roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to map emerging tech impact
- Author strategic white papers on disruptive forces reshaping industries
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
- Present findings to executive boards with data-driven visualizations
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CSO, CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformations
- Strong command of scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology predictions
