Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 strategic vision roadmap through multi-industry trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce actionable future scenarios and risk mitigation strategies for executive leadership
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure progress toward 2026 innovation milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal futurism knowledge repository
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align emerging technologies with long-term business objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience as futurist, strategist, or innovation lead in tech/consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent program
