Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Design strategic scenarios and roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and predictive models published in top-tier journals
- Establish global networks with futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through advanced data modeling and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing predictive models with 85%+ accuracy for 3-5 year horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry white papers
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation in Fortune 500 environments
