Responsibilities
- Develop scenario-based models forecasting technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Translate complex trend data into executive-level strategic frameworks and implementation roadmaps
- Lead client workshops to build future-proof organizational capabilities and resilience
- Author quarterly foresight briefings distributed to C-suite executives across partner organizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or future-focused research roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Proven track record of developing trend-based strategic frameworks for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and predictive modeling tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience engaging executive audiences
