Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for emerging technologies (AI ethics, quantum adoption, climate tech)
- Design 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in healthcare and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Produce annual Future State Index reports with actionable foresight
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech foresight forums
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for 2025+ scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS preferred)
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning
