Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socioeconomic shifts to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product innovation, market entry, and organizational adaptation to future scenarios
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy, R&D pipelines, and investment decisions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or equivalent field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic frameworks for technological disruption
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation challenges
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio showcasing published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
