- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize emerging tech trends (Web4.0, sentient AI, climate-tech) into actionable roadmaps
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts, regulatory evolutions, and consumer behavior patterns 2024-2026
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state products and services with 3-year market validation cycles
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as the authority on 2026 industry transformation
- Advise executive board on scenario planning for quantum-resistant security and decentralized governance structures
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech strategy at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven track record of developing future-state scenarios with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing applications, synthetic biology commercialization, or decentralized AI systems
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Portfolio demonstrating published 2026 trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks and climate-tech policy landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling executive narratives
