Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech AI, spatial computing) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies for 2026-era products
- Partner with C-suite to build technology governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Drive R&D investments toward breakthrough technologies with 5-10 year impact horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Strategic consulting or corporate innovation leadership experience preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Google Quantum AI, Microsoft AI-900)
