Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impact through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 2026-relevant innovations
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their ethical implications
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and storytelling frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
