Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct horizon scanning research on quantum computing, biotech, and AI breakthroughs
- Present future insights to C-suite executives through executive briefings and board presentations
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating sustainable technologies and ethical AI principles
- Maintain proprietary trend database and publish quarterly foresight reports
- Coordinate with R&D teams to align product development with future market demands
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Experience developing C-level strategic recommendations for Fortune 500 clients
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF or WFS) required
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario planning projects
