Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-disciplinary task forces on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Design resilience protocols for global infrastructure against climate volatility
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' reports for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate exclusive FutureSummit events with world-class innovators
- Advocate for policy reforms at Davos and UN technology forums
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers using proprietary predictive modeling
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in strategic innovation at Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, space colonization, or bio-digital convergence
- Proven track record of influencing global policy or industry standards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for international stakeholder engagement
- Certification in scenario planning from World Future Society
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementation
