Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ trend forecasts using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on disruptive technology convergence
- Design scenario-planning models for systemic risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging paradigm shifts
- Author white papers on future-of-work and industry evolution
- Advain innovation portfolio allocation based on future-state analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in trend analysis or strategic foresight role
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning and signal detection
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Exceptional communication for translating complex futures
