As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate disruptions in AI, climate tech, biotechnology, and digital economies. Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI governance, climate adaptation, neurotech) to identify 2026 market opportunities and risks
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Design innovation sprints focused on 2026-relevant technologies
- Monitor regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or technology foresight role
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with data-backed methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, backcasting)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology ethics
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
