Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their 2026 market implications
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to megatrends (climate resilience, neuro-interfaces, decentralized economies)
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Partner with product teams to embed 2026-vision roadmaps into development pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and competitive positioning
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational readiness for 2026 disruption thresholds
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
