Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable initiatives
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor and report on competitor innovation and disruptive threats
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and presentation tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation
