Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology and market shifts
- Develop actionable frameworks for emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term vision with operational execution
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Drive innovation sprints with cross-functional R&D teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of mapping emerging tech impacts (AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
