Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps identifying disruptive innovations and adoption timelines
- Conduct scenario analysis for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence impacts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Produce quarterly foresight reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Design organizational resilience frameworks for automated workforce transitions
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advolve global policy bodies on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech planning
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting (blockchain, AGI, quantum)
- Strong command of scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience working with government/NGOs on technology policy development
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative communication skills
