Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, socio-economic, and environmental megatrends to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop and present strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI ethics frameworks, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-proof initiatives
- Author quarterly foresight briefs for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 strategic milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive dashboards and scenario modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
