Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to anticipate market disruptions
- Develop patent-pending innovation methodologies for emerging tech adoption
- Establish ethical governance protocols for next-gen AI systems
- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on quantum-human integration
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or Big Tech
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing applications
- Fluency in speculative design tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Delphi Method)
- Track record of delivering C-suite innovation roadmaps
- Proficiency in scenario planning software (e.g., GIGA, Scenariio)
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech policy landscapes
