Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging tech domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership on disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven modeling and analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technology analysis and trend forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex future scenarios
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making with future insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
