Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate foresight
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, trend mapping)
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in systems thinking or scenario planning
- Portfolio demonstrating trend prediction success
- Fluency in English; Mandarin or Spanish preferred
