Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging trends and competitive threats
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through stakeholder partnerships
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Present vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor innovation fellows in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation strategy
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Certification in Design Thinking or Agile Innovation
