Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready product roadmaps and innovation frameworks

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-proof strategies into corporate planning
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present strategic visions to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior innovators in futures thinking and speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation with proven future-facing impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Publication record in futures studies, tech ethics, or innovation management
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic trends affecting 2026 technology adoption
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable innovation from concept to market
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field preferred
