Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to validate future-proof product concepts
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Deep knowledge of 2026+ technological and societal megatrends
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analyses or strategic frameworks
