Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory landscapes, and socio-economic indicators to identify 2026 opportunity horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum adoption, neural interfaces, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams to align on future-proof initiatives
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to forecast disruptive innovations
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and ethical technology assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks for future markets
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
