Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for technological convergence and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future paradigms
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen interfaces and interaction models
- Represent company at Davos, SXSW, and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning work
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proficiency in futures mapping tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Track record influencing C-level decisions with future-oriented insights
- Published thought leadership in Forbes/Wired/HBR or equivalent
