- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor global shifts in technology, society, and economy to identify opportunities and threats
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations on future scenarios and strategic options
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
