Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast market disruptions and competitive landscapes through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce actionable whitepapers and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify high-potential startups in frontier technologies
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor internal teams in foresight methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFK) or similar credential
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-state analyses or thought leadership
