In our collaborative innovation lab, you'll partner with C-suite executives and R&D teams to anticipate disruption, identify white-space opportunities, and design exponential growth frameworks. You'll influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational culture through data-driven future scenario modeling.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2030
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for product/service evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Design and lead organizational change initiatives to embed future-ready capabilities
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven foresight impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Proficiency in AI-powered forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate future visions across organizational levels
