- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for emerging tech adoption
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks for global market volatility
- Present future trend analyses to executive leadership and investor boards
- Mentor internal teams on strategic foresight methodologies and innovation culture
- Oversee $5M+ annual innovation fund allocation to high-potential 2026 initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or corporate futurism
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFCS, CPIM)
