Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 10-year strategic foresight framework for key industry verticals
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and board members
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with potential to disrupt markets by 2026
- Design innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, biotech, and climate solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and stakeholders through immersive VR presentations
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-ready solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and strategic foresight software
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state implementations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
