- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term tech adoption
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, tech forecasting, or innovation management
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive market transitions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
