Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors through 2026
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends impacting tech adoption
- Translate foresight into measurable KPIs and innovation metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or corporate innovation
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight certification preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or future studies
