Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps for AI, automation, and climate tech integration
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis of 2026 tech landscape and patent landscapes
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage annual $2M innovation budget for R&D partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists in trend synthesis and predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or futurism
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting
- Experience with patent analysis and market modeling tools
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation journals
