Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year tech roadmaps integrating emerging fields (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with market-altering potential
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment across global operations
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders at industry summits
- Drive innovation through incubator programs supporting startups solving 2026-era challenges
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technological applications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation roadmaps
- Mastery of scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication for executive audiences
