As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll partner with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and global tech incubators to identify emerging paradigms and translate them into actionable business strategies. Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026 with focus on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate-tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify paradigm shifts in Web4, neuromorphic computing, and biotech convergence
- Develop market entry strategies for emerging technologies with ROI modeling and risk mitigation frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum hardware startups, AI research consortiums, and government innovation labs
- Present technology foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product architectures for 2026+ ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI safety, climate-tech, or neurotechnology
- Published research or patents in future-focused technology domains (2018-2023)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong network within IEEE, World Economic Forum, or similar future-tech communities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with focus on emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology commercialization (minimum 3 case studies)
