Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Collaborate with C-suite to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and mentor a team of innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech advancements and regulatory landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
