Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js and Node.js.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas using SQL and NoSQL technologies to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Backend, QA) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar server-side technologies.
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and document stores (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
