Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead research initiatives in sustainable tech and climate-positive innovation
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement futuristic digital transformation strategies
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technology architects
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish in leading journals
- Secure $5M+ annual research grants from government and private entities
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning at Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or sustainable tech
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (2025-2035)
- Certification in Futurist Technology Strategy (FTS) preferred
