- Innovation Labs: Lead internal hackathons and R&D projects focused on futuristic problem-solving.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and design teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select partnerships with hardware and software providers for future-proofing our stack.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with 3+ years in leadership or strategic planning roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Cloud Native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
- Future-Forward Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate tech shifts and adapt strategy accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
