Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable architectures for large language models and autonomous agents.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives exploring quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing integration.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing model inference speeds and reducing computational overhead for real-time applications.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the strictest data privacy and ethical AI standards (e.g., EU AI Act, US NIST guidelines).
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred for this niche).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Language: Proficiency in designing multi-modal AI systems capable of processing text, vision, and audio data simultaneously.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and translating them into actionable development cycles.
