Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and predictive AI
- Lead a matrix team of 20+ specialists across 7 global innovation hubs
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 and government entities
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Global Tech Summit
- Drive ethical framework development for next-gen human-AI collaboration
- Launch 3+ industry-disrupting prototypes by Q4 2025
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging AI/quantum fields
- Proven track record delivering $100M+ initiatives with measurable societal impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-computer interaction or AI ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for DoD/NASA collaborations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech deployments post-2020
