Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Secure multi-million dollar innovation grants and strategic partnerships
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and board members
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Patent at least 3 revolutionary technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in advanced R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neural architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Strong background in securing DARPA/NASA grants
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI governance frameworks
