Responsibilities
- Architect and Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI systems, focusing on deep learning and neural network architectures for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to solve complex business problems and implement novel algorithms in production environments.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model performance, latency, and throughput to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Deployment: Manage the CI/CD pipelines for AI models, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and automated retraining strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to debug complex systems and optimize resource utilization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
