Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and readiness for emerging technologies.
- Architect Cutting-Edge Solutions: Design and implement complex machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that power our flagship products.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and hardware engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the AI engineering department.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Model Development: Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and computer vision models.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps with a clear focus on long-term scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
