Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance infrastructure pipelines optimized for AI workloads and future quantum computing integration.
- Lead the design of containerized environments (Kubernetes/Docker) ensuring zero-downtime deployments and high availability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and quantum researchers to optimize model inference latency and resource allocation.
- Implement robust security protocols and edge computing solutions to protect sensitive neural network data.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies, conducting POCs for next-gen hardware and software stacks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud-native development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze system telemetry to predict capacity bottlenecks and proactively scale infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in cloud infrastructure and AI ops.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, and experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, ECS).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and high-performance computing (HPC).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model serving platforms (NVIDIA TensorRT, TorchServe).
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and serverless architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
