Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and sustainable AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen products
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for stakeholders and investors
- Monitor emerging trends in biotech, space tech, and climate innovation to inform strategic priorities
- Develop KPIs for measuring impact on human advancement and sustainability targets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year vision implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems)
- Track record of launching products with 10M+ users or $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., Future Studies, Computational Neuroscience, or Systems Engineering)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
